Una semplice posa può cambiare completamente l’aspetto di una persona. Scrive: “Braccio sollevato per gli addominali; luce laterale per la definizione muscolare; olio sul corpo; bacino all’indietro per cosce magre; bikini in alto per le gambe lunghe; anca girata e gambe divaricate per la definizione del sedere; e comprimere. Comprimere. Comprimere”. Ma nessuno starebbe in quella posizione nella realtà, dato che è scomoda e “tutta quella compressione rende difficile respirare”.

Let’s talk POSING. Working in magazines and on so many photoshoots, you learn a dozen tricks to make a body look bangin’. Like these: arm up for abs; side light for muscle definition; oil on the body for the same; pelvis back for lean thighs; bikini high up for long legs; hip popped and legs apart for bootie definition; and squeeze. Squeeze. Squeeze. But here’s the thing: no one really stands LIKE FITSPO in real life. It’s awkward. Uncomfortable. And all the squeezing makes it hard to breathe. Today I just wanted to pull back the curtain a lil. Show you guys some of what goes on behind the scenes for all the fabulous fitness snaps you see on here and in print. In case it helps.
